- Achieve the fitness and self-discipline levels required for service
- Learn critical leadership and teamwork skills
- Develop a portfolio for higher levels of study or progression into public service.
- You will have the opportunity to carry out work experience with the British Army

- Preparing for a career in a chosen uniformed service. Developing aspects of physical fitness, leadership skills, equality diversity and inclusion.
- Units such as discipline, Uniformed Services Hierarchy and Routine and Understand the Impact of War and Conflict on Uniformed Services.
