Throughout the course, you will explore a variety of topics and themes such
as additional needs, causes of disease, and the role of professionals. You will
also learn practical skills such as how to undertake risk assessments, training
in safeguarding, and first aid.

This course is 50% exam based and 50% coursework.

Entry Requirements
At least five GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English, Maths and a
science (Single or Double Award). Students must have a DBS check carried out
before starting the course.
